In support of both our highly valued customers and the addCar staff which has remained active and available on the front line, we have implemented a range of new protocols to further enhance the safety of you our customers and of course our staff.
While we all play our collective part in reducing the spread of COVID-19 each addCar location is adapting to meet staff and customer protection protocols based on local standards and requirements.
Our locations have installed safety protection screens and hand sanitiser units for your and our staff's personal protection. In addition, our staff will be wearing personal protective equipment including face masks and gloves and we have installed social distancing directives making sure that social distancing rules are respected as well as each location is regularly cleaned and sanitised.
We have enhanced the cleaning procedures of our entire fleet, with the vehicles not only getting the normal high standard valet that you would expect but also the interior of each vehicle is being fully sanitised giving our customers added peace of mind.
