Here is a general overview of terms and conditions.
These terms and references are based on sample vehicle. For precise conditions for each car group please refer to Car specs and extra. All extra values are with VAT

If the customer cancels the booking at the time of pick-up at the rental desk, a cancellation fee of USD 50 will apply.
Mileage Policy - For Non-Florida Residents: Unlimited Mileage
Mileage Policy - For Florida Residents: Limited Mileage - 50 miles per day
For excess mileage an additional charge per mile will apply depending on car group.
* A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - Florida.
Drivers Age
Minimum driver's age requirement is 21 years and the maximum driver's age is 75 years.
A young driver surcharge of USD 10 per day (for non-Florida Residents) and USD 19.99 per day (for Florida Residents) will apply for driver's under 25 years.
A senior driver surcharge of USD 10 per day will apply for drivers aged from 70 years to 75 years.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Driver's License
Customers must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 year before the date of the commencement of the rental and with no major endorsements. A valid ID card or passport must be required at time of pick up.
An International Driver's License (IDL) must be required if the renter's national driving license is not in English alphabet. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver's license, credit card on a main driver's name and booking voucher.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Insurance Coverage for Non-USA and Non - Canada Residents
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer's damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount of CDW is USD 5000 for all vehicle groups.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.
Insurance Coverage for USA and Canada Residents
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included.
In order to use the renter's own insurance, he/she must provide proof of TPL and CDW coverage in his/her own name, issued by one of the following companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, All State, Infinity, Progressive, USAA, Nationwide, e-surance, Farmers.
Insurance is accepted only if issued in the following country (ies): USA.
Renters must provide proof of their own insurance. Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance declaration page, Insurance, that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick-up date, insurance declaration page, that matches with the home address on the driving license, liability insurance (SLI) with not less than 300,000 USD liability limit. If you provide your own insurance, you will be charged an administrative fee of USD 14.99 per day.
Excess Reduction
Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess to ZERO.
The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which is as follows:
a). For Non-USA and Non-Canada Residents
Collision Damage Waiver + Third Party Liability (CDW + TPL) - USD 55 per day and reduces the excess to ZERO.
b). For USA and Canada Residents
Collision Damage Waiver + Third Party Liability (CDW + TPL) - USD 65 per day and excess will be ZERO.

Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.
Fees
Airport surcharge is included in the rental amount.
An administrative and notarial fee of USD 35 will apply for each parking or traffic ticket.
Toll Service
Prepaid E-toll device is available for an additional charge of USD 19.99 per day.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is USD 14.99 per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of USD 25 for each toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.
If the customer removes the Toll pass / E-toll device from the car, an additional penalty of USD 300 will apply.

Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown Assistance is available for an additional charge of USD 6 per day. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, missing fuel will be charged on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter. Refuel services is 30 USD pus 2 USD per litre.
Cross Border Travel
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
In the event that Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity and may apply administrative charges.
VAT/Sales Tax
VAT/Sales tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, VAT/Sales tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club credit cards. Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Prepaid cards and Apple card is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., Google Pay or Apple Pay) not someone else's card (including family members).
Deposit
A refundable deposit of USD 1000 will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Pre-payment:
The prepayment is only
refundable in case you have purchased a cancellation insurance.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Collection service is not available.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is not available.
Pick-up Policy
During regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes. If the customer arrives after 60 minutes for pickup of the vehicle, USD 50 reinstatement fee may be applied. Please note you should arrive 30 min before office closing time to take the shuttle bus service and get your car.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
