Reservations:

Reservations are free of charge through www.addCarrental.com; there is a surcharge of 5 EUR for reservations through telephone. Your reservation is guaranteed. If you need to change your reservation, contact addCar’s departments – click here stating your reservation number and the required change. A fee of 5 EUR will apply. If you need to cancel please contact addCar’s departments – click here; cancellations up to 48 hours prior to pick up is free of charge. If you do not show up and do not cancel your booking, the full amount will be charged to your credit card.

Rental rates:

addCar rental rates are for minimum 24 hours, include maintenance and public liability insurance. Fuel costs are not included. 1/3 of a daily rate will be charged for every additional hour exceeding 24 hours limit. If rental day exceeds 24 hours by more than 3 hours, another rental day will be charged.

Additional drivers:

Free of charge, but registration is required.

Age requirements:

The driver must be minimum 21 years old.

Payment:

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card and American Express. At check out a deposit of 425€ will be reserved from your credit card to ensure payment. At check in the deposit will be released and a final statement will be made. During the deposit period the card is not actually charged. No cash payment is accepted. All prices stated in Euro will be charged credit card in local currency according to bank rate.

Identifications required:

Renters/drivers are required to present a valid passport/ID and driver’s license. All drivers of addCar rental vehicles must be holders of B-category driving licence and have 2 years of legal driving experience. Those Renters, whose driver's license is written in non-roman alphabet, need to have the international driver's license.

Collision and Damage waiver (CDW):

By accepting CDW Renter’s liability for damages to the rented addCar rental vehicle is reduced to 400 EUR. There are however following exceptions:

·          The Renter will be held liable for any damages to the vehicle including tires and disks even if the Renter is not personally responsible for the accident.

·          In case of total vehicle loss renter's liability is reduced to 10% of vehicle value.

·          The CDW does not cover damages of interior and interior accessories.

·          The Renter will be responsible for full amount of repair cost/full vehicle value in case of vehicle total loss if the damage has been caused by an act of negligence, caused under influence of alcohol or other narcotic substances or in case insurance company classified accident as a non insurance case (serious traffic rules violation)

·        The Renter is liable to pay full amount of the repair costs of the rented vehicle in case an accident or other damage has not been duly reported to the police and addCar rental.

Theft Protection (TP):

By accepting TP Renter's liability in case of theft of the rented addCar rental vehicle or its parts is reduced to 10% of its value. The Renter will be responsible for the vehicle up to full value thereof if, in case of theft, the following items are not returned or other requirements of rental agreement are not observed: - the keys - the remote control -the registration certificate Radio and other interior accessories are not covered by TP

Super Collision and Damage Waiver (SCDW):

Accepting and paying an additional fee of 18 EUR per day waives Renter’s liability for damages. This extra insurance does not cover in case of vehicle total loss or theft.

Check out/in:

Check out of car is free of charge during working hours.

Cleaning:

The car must be returned vacuumed inside and washed outside only on hand wash stations. A surcharge of 10 EUR will be applied if additional cleaning is necessary.

Penalties:

In case of lost car documents or car keys Renter will be charged 260 EUR. Solely the Renter absorbs tickets and administrative sanctions resulting from violation of the Traffic Law during rental period. Agency is entitled to charge Renter 200% of unpaid penalty.

Fuel:

All cars are supplied with full tank of gasoline, if the car is returned with less than a full tank the Renter will be charged according to the addCar rental refuelling chart 2 EUR per litter for refuelling service.

Driving restrictions:

Driving is allowed without restrictions in the territory of the Baltic States. Driving Outside of the Baltic States is only allowed with a written permission from addCar rental Estonia. Without written permission outside of European Union all insurances are null and void. 

Availability:

The displayed vehicles are examples of cars in certain categories and can be exchanged without notice to another vehicle in the same category and with the same features. addCar reserves the right to change the vehicle to another than the displayed of the same category or to a vehicle in a higher category.
